The RSPCA Cat Rehoming Hub rehomes cats and kittens saved by RSPCA Animal Rescuers in the Tees Valley, County Durham and North Yorkshire.
Serving the North East of England, the Cat Rehoming Hub has cats for adoption in Teesside, Darlington, Stockton, Middlesbrough, Northallerton and North Yorkshire.
The Cat Rehoming Hub cares for more than 80 cats and kittens at any one time and rehomes more than 250 cats each year, making it one of the UK’s most successful cat rehoming projects.
The Cat Rehoming Hub is supported by local branches of the RSPCA and relies solely on public donations for its funding.

We have cats and kittens for rehoming. If you are interested please take a look at the cats we have available and our rehoming process. If you are still interested or need any further information please get in touch with our coordinator.
Adoption Fees
£100
Adoption of an Adult Cat. Fee is £90 for Adult Cats eight years old and over.
All of our cats have been health checked, vaccinated, treated for fleas and worms, microchipped and neutered.
All potential new homes are home-checked prior to adoption. When a cat has been reserved a home-check will be booked for a representative to visit the potential new home and conduct the relevant checks. If you have any questions regarding the home-checks please feel free to contact our coordinator.

Adoption of a Kitten
All of our cats have been health checked, vaccinated, treated for fleas and worms, microchipped and a voucher will be issued to allow the kitten to be neutered.
All potential new homes are home-checked prior to adoption. When a cat has been reserved a home-check will be booked for a representative to visit the potential new home and conduct the relevant checks. If you have any questions regarding the home-checks please feel free to contact our coordinator.
