When Nico first came into care he was extremely shy and easily scared, but with time and patience he has already started to grow so much in confidence He’s beginning to enjoy human company more and more every day, and underneath that nervous exterior is a super playful young boy who loves having fun once he feels comfortable

He still loves having a cosy hiding space to curl up in while he watches the world around him, and he’ll need adopters who understand that trust takes time. With shy cats like Nico, the smallest milestones are the most rewarding
